I've already mentioned how busy this summer is... filled with Wedding showers, Bachelorette parties, baby showers, and all sorts of other parties. Here are some fun pics of some events within the last week.
We spent the night in Park City for Jessie's Bachelorette Party. Yes, we made her wear penises on her head. (And do some other pretty ridiculous things. But hey... it's a Bachelorette Party right?) We ate out, went dancing, and spent the rest of the evening at our hotel where we made all sorts of innappropriate jokes and laughed really really hard. We were up past 3:00 in the morning, which never happens any more. It was such a fun night.
We made her get up on the table at our restaurant and dance :)
Lindsey also had her baby shower which was lots of fun. I love events like this where I get to see girls from High School who I love so much but I never see any more. Good times!

Happy Father's Day!
This year Dave celebrated his second Father's Day. Yay! We celebrated with Dave's family on Saturday. Today I spoke with my dear Dad on the phone, because he lives in New York. And we went bowling and had dinner for my Step-dad with my family. It was a great day. Dave is such an amazing daddy to Trey and Easton. I love how much he loves to play with them. And how much he loves to hug them. And that he helps me out with them so much. He changes diapers. He feeds them. He give them baths. He does their hair. He makes them bottles. And every little thing in between. What a great Dad. Happy Father's Day.

Summer madness!
This summer is so crazy. There are showers, and parties, and weddings, and more showers. It seems never-ending. With the babies and school, it's overwhelming. But it's fun and I like that we have lots of fun stuff going on this summer. This last week 2 events took place and as fun as they were, I'm glad we are able to scratch them off our to-do list for the summer.
First I threw a Bridal shower for Jessie. I've never done a shower for someone so the experience was new to me. Lots of planning, a little stressful, but really fun. I wish the weather would have turned out in our favor :( But overall, it was a success! Lots of friends showed up and Jessie got great gifts!
Also, we had a Birthday party for Trey and Easton. Family and friends got together for a BBQ and swimming at Crestwood Park. It was so much fun. The perfect 1st Birthday party. Thanks so much to everyone who came and helped out so much and just showed your love and support. And to everyone who brought gifts... you're too kind. We are so appreciative!

The big ONE!!!
Today our sweet baby boys turned 1. What a fun day! We really didn't have any plans... Dave had to work. I had homework and class. There really just wasn't any free time. But it turned out to be a pleasantly eventful day. Yay for Birthdays! First we visited Dad at work and ate lunch with Grandma Kallie and Aunt Candice.
Then Grandma Lori and Grandpa Morry came over for a quick visit and we opened some presents!
And the fun just couldn't stop there! When I got home from class we made a quick run to get chocolate donuts and let Trey and Easton indulge. Funny how indulging seems to be squashing as opposed to eating. As long as they have a good time we're all happy campers!
We love our sweet baby boys so much! Life has been so much more exciting, challenging, eventful, stressful, precious, busy, and all sorts of good and crazy things since they made their way into this world. Happy 1st Birthday!
