Vigor 5-k!

Over the weekend I ran a 5-k with an old friend, and several friends of hers that I only met the night before our run. This 5-k was a winter race and included obstacles. It was lots of fun and such a beautiful morning to take a nice run. The funny thing is... I was totally expecting it to be very casual, but my teammates had other plans. We finished in about 42 minutes... and... we came in first place within the women's team category! Hilarious. I am so not accustomed to running outside, at a high altitude, breathing in the cold air... so it was HARD for me! But I challenged myself and stuck with it. Good times :)
