Yay Nationals...

Well... our weekend in Cali was just great. Pretty laid back and relaxing. We did lots of eating out, laying out by the pool, walking around, watching cheer... and that about sums it up! I'm glad we went because it really made my sister so happy. The night we got into our hotel as we were pulling up a group of girls were walking right in front of our car. One of them was Candice's friend and then we noticed CANDICE was there too! What are the chances? We rolled down the window and got her attention and at that point she only noticed my aunt. It was only when she came to the car that she noticed my mom in the passenger side and she started to CRY she was so happy! Then she noticed me...finally... in the back seat and she cried even more!!! She was definitely excited we were there. It was cute to see how happy she was that we came and it was SO nice to hang out in warm weather! Coming back to snow is so depressing... :(

Baby shower for Ash

Saturday we had a baby shower for Ashley and it was so fun. We ate yummy food, watched Ash open her cute presents, and played a fun game that Cassie brought. It's always so fun visiting with all the girls from High School :) And Ashley's baby is due just NEXT MONTH!!! BAH!

Last weekend was such a good weekend! Friday night for Jordan's Birthday we went to Nas-kart and raced around the track. I would have won... but I was too busy trying to run into anyone I could. So sadly, I took last place. BUT... I was given the award of "dirtiest driver" so I was content with that ;) Saturday we went to Classic Skating for a Single's ward activity. Best thing about those single's activities is they are always FREE and always have free food. Love it. We didn't even skate because we were so occupied with "bouncey land." Dave and his friends are mad men. I think I had more fun just watching them do crazy things than playing around. I need to figure out how to post videos cuz I have a TON of hilarious ones to share. After that we went to Justin and Lindsey's condo where they were having a Birthday party for Justin. There were tons of people there so it was way fun to see everyone. Then on Sunday Chelsea had her farewell! She did such a good job! I'm so excited for her to be a missionary :) We went to her house afterwards and ate and hung out. It was just so fun to be with everyone all weekend long.

V-DAY DATE!!!

Valentine's was so fun this year. I woke up Saturday morning and went to Dave's and we exchanged presents. He had work that day.... which is why we did our exchange that morning. He got me some GREAT perfume! And I got him a gift card to go get a massage! He's never had one before! So Dave headed off to work and I headed up the canyon with Jessie! The drive up was pretty scary, I was surprised the requirement for chains or 4-wheel drive had been removed. But we made it up safely and it was the BEST day snowboarding EVER!!! The snow was AMAZING... love it. When we were done we came home and I got ready for our date that night. Dave and I went out with Mandy and Josh, and Justin and Lindsey and it was such a good time! We ate dinner at Biaggi's and then we saw He's just not that into you. What a fun night!

I know so many people say they have the best friends in the world... but I really do. We went to lunch at Chili's on Saturday and it was so fun just to see everyone :)
